Locally grown and harvested sweet potatoes are freshly roasted and pureed
with a blend of harvest spices and pure, rich cream
to create the perfect pie filling---flavorful, but not overly sweet.
Each pie is baked to perfection and cooled.
We then pipe in a swirl of our decadent, house-made caramel.
Finally, the pies are topped toasted meringue.
This treat is sure to become a new Thanksgiving tradition.
